Culture X PRIDE
26.02.2025
MAPP kicked off 2025 with the Culture X PRIDE event that featured a panel discussion delving into the stories and experiences faced by LGBTQIA+ individuals within our diverse multicultural community in the built environment industry, whereby our panel open heartedly shared their personal journeys.
A heartfelt thank you to our exceptional panelists— Jude Tsai, Amal Iharkachen, Gabriel Lu & Suhas Vasudeva—for sharing their invaluable insights and personal experiences. Their honest and thought-provoking stories inspired us and really guided us to open our hearts and minds and connect with their journeys.
This evening of raw storytelling fostered fostered community support, encouraged authentic dialogue, and promoted best practices for creating inclusive communities.
A huge thank you to all our attendees, new and returning, who form the makeup of our community and to those who proudly wore their cultural heritage making it an unforgettable night! ✨
Finally, a huge thank you to our event Partners: SHAPE and our annual sponsors Development Victoria, Square 1 Engineering, Resonate Consultants, and Building Engineering.
