MAPP Cultural Diversity Benchmarking

The Multicultural Association of Property Professionals (MAPP) is pleased to invite you to take part in Stage 1 of our Benchmarking Initiative Pilot Study on Cultural Diversity Benchmarking of the built environment sector in Australia.
This pilot is the first step toward developing industry-wide benchmarks on cultural diversity and inclusion. Your insights will help us:
Test and refine the survey design for industry-wide benchmarks
Build awareness of multicultural representation across the built environment sector
Shape the framework for a larger benchmarking study in 2026
The survey will take approximately 8–10 minutes to complete.
All responses are confidential, and results will be reported in aggregate only.
This survey is open to all professionals in the built environment industry. Please feel free to share it with colleagues and peers - even those who may not identify as culturally diverse - as their perspectives are equally valuable. If you have feedback or would like to discuss further, email us at research@mappnetwork.com.au. This initiative is apart of our commitment to advancing diversity and inclusion. Thank you for supporting this important initiative!
