Session 03
Leading Through Feedback and Personal Branding

Key takeaways from the session 03 were:

  • the importance of being intentional in how we give and receive feedback.

  • awareness and empathy are essential to ensuring feedback is constructive, meaningful, and empowering.

  • Self-advocacy emerged as another critical skill. It’s not simply about speaking up - it’s about doing so with clarity, confidence, and an understanding of how our values and cultural backgrounds shape our voice and leadership style.

  • importance of building a personal brand that is true to who we are, while thoughtfully aligning with the values of the organisations and communities we lead.

Thank you to our coach, Hua Feng, for sharing your expertise and offering such a grounded and transformative perspective on leadership, personal brand, and growth.

Thank you also to our executive leaders, Colleen Peterson and Alberto Pugnale, for generously sharing your inspiring career journeys and demonstrating how authentic personal branding can shape meaningful leadership and progression.

Session 04
Shaping Inclusive Leadership through Self-Coaching and Wellbeing

29.14.2026

Session 4 marks the final session of our first MAPP Leadership Program, and what a powerful way to close this incredible journey.

Together, we explored the important truth that wellbeing is not a goal to be achieved or a trophy to be won. It is an ongoing journey that requires presence, awareness and consistency in building habits that support ourselves and those around us.

Key takeaway from the session were:

  • Importance of creating psychologically safe spaces, recognising that this is a shared responsibility. For leaders, this can also mean embracing vulnerability in the right moments and leading with authenticity.

  • Our wellbeing is deeply connected to the wellbeing of others. Collective wellbeing is an ecosystem that depends on each person’s contribution. Real power is found in presence, ownership, wisdom, equality and responsibility.

  • It is important to recognise our own signals of burnout, so we can better navigate challenging times and support our teams with greater care and intention.

For Session 4, MAPP would like to thank our inspiring speaker, Ruhee Meghani, Founder of Allied Collective, along with our two exceptional executive leaders, Ursula Dyer Lepporoli and Nick Brisbane, for generously sharing their insights, leadership experiences, and perspectives with our community.
